Clubhouse Rental
If desired, Association members in good standing may rent the community clubhouse for special events. The daily rental charge is $150, and a $150 security deposit is required. Arrangements to rent the clubhouse can be made through Peggy Stecky by contacting her at the following number: (253) 862-1959
Please Note that the clubhouse is only rented once per week. So interested parties need to book the rental early.
